Our Story

Cruisemaster has been part of the towing industry for over 40 years; over this time we have earnt the reputation as Australia’s leader in all-terrain towing technology with our innovative suspension systems and couplings. This reputation was earnt through leading the industry with suspension design and quality; quality that is proven long before a product release through our notorious R.A.T. Run Testing Program (Remote Area Testing).

As part of the support for the product we manufacture we opened the Cruisemaster Service Centre a number of years ago to provide on-going expert service for our products. Through this side of the business we saw a gap in the industry where businesses either focused on the caravan/trailer or the vehicle towing it; nobody was looking at the full towing package and offering complete solutions.

In 2018 the Cruisemaster Towing Performance Centre (TPC) was officially launched offering towing focused servicing and modifications to the caravan, camper or trailer as well as towing enhancements to the tow vehicle as well.

The TPC focuses on an enhanced towing performance that is both legal and safe.

We have used our years of experience towing around Australia to curate a list of products and brands we know are the best! Since its launch the TPC has both built new relationships and strengthened existing relationships in the industry to offer an extensive range of respected vehicle modifications.

This includes leading brands such as; Airbag Man, ARB, Direction Plus, Flash Diesel, JMACX, Legendex, Maxtrax, Pedders, Redarc, Stedi and TJM.
