This is a letter of thanks and appreciation for all that you’ve done for us to get our ‘tug and tow’ back on the road safely.

When the van had broken ‘yet another bolt’ in our Rocker Roller suspension in Broken Hill, your explanation of your XT Independent Coil Suspension was invaluable. Because of Kieran’s understanding of our situation, we had no qualms about heading straight to Brisbane to have our van assessed.

Kieran guided us in the right direction to confirm that we were undertaking the best solution to our problem: the Rocker Roller suspension was not ‘standing up’ to the job of travelling the back roads of Australia and it needed replacing.

Before arriving at the factory, we conferred with our insurance company, the RTA and the manufacturer of our van to ensure all was right and ready for this work.

When we finally arrived in Brisbane, Kieran looked over the van and told us they could ‘do the job’. All of Kieran’s help and advice made the decision an easy one to replace the suspension and the time he spent on the phone and in the yard with us overlooking the van was greatly appreciated.

We are extremely happy with the XT Independent Coil Suspension. Since having it installed we have put our van to the test. Through mud, bull dust, gravel, dirt, bitumen and even on some Developmental Roads that were in poor condition, our van has surpassed all our expectations. Deano told us that the suspension was so good that, when towing, we wouldn’t even feel the van behind us. And he was right! Thanks, Deano for all your work on installing the suspension.

Bringing the van back for its 1000km service, Andrew and Chris noticed that the suspension was not ‘up to par’ on our car. We did realise this and was going to sort this out when we returned to Melbourne. But after Hubby had a chat with them both, we were happy to also have them fix the suspension on our Nissan Navara.

Andrew and Chris also took the time to then weigh our ‘tug and tow’. Their guidance and assistance were invaluable. When towing a caravan, we have always tried to ensure that our weights were compliant and having Andrew and Chris weigh the car and van was reassuring for us. It is important to know that what you’re towing, and what you’re towing it with, are lawful.

Cruisemaster produces a terrific product. Our new XT Independent Coil Suspension has exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for a well-built/constructed suspension system.
